Canadian Customers — GST/HST/PST: Canadian goods and services tax and applicable provincial taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery province or territory.

Order Placement & Confirmation

Enter your name, complete shipping address (US or Canada only), phone number, and email address. Ensure your address is accurate before continuing.

You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes. This email is your receipt. A second email with tracking information will follow once your order has been dispatched.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract between you and Wellnessmasco Ltd. is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason (such as stock unavailability or payment failure), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any amount charged.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively to the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to any other countries, territories, or regions, including US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands, or Canadian Territories outside standard postal coverage.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, we will contact you and re-ship at your cost, or issue a refund for the product minus original shipping charges.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing (for Canadian orders), carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Canadian customers should be aware that your order may be subject to customs inspection by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). In most cases, footwear shipped from the UK to Canada is subject to applicable import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We will declare the correct value on all customs documentation.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the item before accepting and email us at info@ewwsportsshoes.com within 48 hours of delivery. If your tracked order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change after an order is placed. Here is how cancellations are handled.
If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund. To request a cancellation, email info@ewwsportsshoes.com immediately with your order number in the subject line, or call us at +44 20 3322 5623 during business hours.
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait for the delivery and then initiate a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy. You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs in this situation are the customer's responsibility.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. This may happen if a product becomes unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, if we are unable to verify payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within 10 business days.
