We are not the manufacturer

Eww Sports Shoes, trading as Wellnessmasco Ltd (Company No. 15150625), is an independent specialist retailer. We source and resell genuine ON Running, HOKA, and Brooks footwear through legitimate trade channels. We do not design, manufacture, or assemble any of the products we sell, and we are not an authorised service agent for any of these brands.

What this means for your warranty

Any manufacturer warranty on your shoes is provided by ON AG, Deckers Brands (HOKA), or Brooks Sports Inc., not by Eww Sports Shoes. We will assist you in understanding your rights and direct you to the correct brand warranty claim process, but we are not party to, and cannot extend or alter, the manufacturer’s warranty terms. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under US or Canadian consumer law.

Manufacturer Warranty by Brand

What each brand provides directly to you

The three brands we stock each publish their own limited warranty. These warranties are offered by the manufacturer to the end consumer and travel with the product. As a reseller, we cannot modify, extend, or guarantee the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty programme. The summaries below are for general guidance only — always verify current terms on the brand’s official website before making a claim.

ON Running
2-Year Limited Warranty

ON AG offers a two-year limited warranty on footwear against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Claims must be submitted directly to ON Running with proof of purchase.

ON Running is a trademark of ON AG. Eww Sports Shoes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised service partner of ON AG.

ON Warranty Page
HOKA
1-Year Limited Warranty

Deckers Brands (HOKA) provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for footwear purchased new. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from misuse. Claims must be made directly through HOKA’s customer support channels.

HOKA is a trademark of Deckers Brands. Eww Sports Shoes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised service partner of Deckers Brands.

HOKA Warranty Page
Brooks
1-Year Limited Warranty

Brooks Sports Inc. offers a one-year limited warranty on footwear against manufacturing defects. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and is limited to defects in materials and craftsmanship, not to damage from ordinary use, accidents, or improper care. Claims must be filed directly with Brooks Customer Experience.

Brooks is a trademark of Brooks Sports Inc. Eww Sports Shoes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised service partner of Brooks Sports Inc.

Coverage at a Glance

What manufacturer warranties typically cover and exclude

These are general descriptions that reflect how ON Running, HOKA, and Brooks each define their respective warranty programmes. They are not a legal substitute for reading each brand’s current warranty documentation directly. Coverage details may vary and are subject to change by the manufacturer at any time.

Typically Covered by Manufacturer

  • Sole unit separating or delaminating from the upper without abnormal use or impact damage
  • Stitching or bonding failure in the upper that cannot be attributed to normal wear or mechanical stress
  • Material defects that were present at manufacture and become apparent under normal use
  • Midsole foam structural failure not caused by overuse, extreme heat, or chemical exposure
  • Lace hardware or closure system failure resulting from a manufacturing fault, not from repeated stress or misuse
  • Claims submitted with valid proof of purchase, within the applicable warranty period, to the manufacturer directly

Typically Excluded by Manufacturer

  • Normal wear and tear, including outsole rubber erosion, midsole compression, and upper scuffing from regular running use
  • Damage caused by improper use, including use outside the shoe’s intended purpose (e.g. trail conditions for road-only models)
  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, cuts, abrasions, or exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals
  • Cosmetic damage, including colour fading, sole yellowing, minor scuff marks, and surface blemishes that do not affect function
  • Claims submitted without the original proof of purchase, or after the stated warranty period has expired
  • Products that have been repaired, modified, or altered by a party other than the original manufacturer
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact the manufacturer directly — here is how

Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted directly to the brand that made your shoes. We cannot process warranty claims on behalf of any manufacturer. We will assist where we can, but the final resolution rests entirely with the brand.

Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
  1. 01
Identify the brand of your shoes Check the tongue label, box, or your order confirmation from Eww Sports Shoes to confirm whether your footwear is ON Running, HOKA, or Brooks.
  2. 02
Gather proof of purchase Locate the original order confirmation email sent by Eww Sports Shoes. This serves as your dated proof of purchase and is required by all three manufacturers to validate a warranty claim.
  3. 03
Contact the manufacturer’s customer support Visit the relevant warranty page and submit your claim directly: ON Running, HOKA, or Brooks. Each brand handles claims through its own process, which may include online forms, photographs, or product returns directly to them.
  4. 04
Contact us if you need guidance If you are unsure which brand made your shoes, or you have received no response from the manufacturer after a reasonable time, contact us at info@ewwsportsshoes.com or call +44 20 3322 5623 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM GMT) and we will help point you in the right direction.
What Eww Sports Shoes Commits To

Our obligations to you as your seller

Although we do not issue a manufacturer warranty, we take our responsibilities as a retailer seriously. Below is exactly what you can rely on from us from the moment you place your order to the moment your shoes arrive and beyond.

Genuine, new footwear

Every product we sell is new, unworn, and sourced through legitimate wholesale and trade channels. We do not sell used, refurbished, counterfeit, or grey-market footwear under any circumstances.

Accurate product descriptions

Product listings on our store accurately describe the model, colour, and sizing of each shoe. If a listing contains an error that affects your order, we will correct it and work with you to reach an equitable solution.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted infrastructure. We do not store, handle, or have access to your full payment card details at any point during or after checkout.

Responsive customer support

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT. Contact us by email at info@ewwsportsshoes.com, by phone at +44 20 3322 5623, or via live chat on our website during business hours.

Warranty vs. Returns

Understanding the difference before you contact us

Warranty claims and return requests are two different processes, handled by different parties. Understanding which applies to your situation will help you get a resolution as quickly as possible.

A warranty claim relates to a manufacturing defect — a fault that existed in the product at the time it left the factory. Warranty claims are handled directly by ON Running, HOKA, or Brooks, not by Eww Sports Shoes. You will need your proof of purchase and, in most cases, photographs of the defect.

A return request is a request to return your order to Eww Sports Shoes for a refund or exchange. Our returns process is separate from any manufacturer warranty and is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility criteria, return windows, and instructions.

If you receive shoes that are visibly damaged, incorrect, or clearly not as described at the time of delivery, please contact us at info@ewwsportsshoes.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. This is distinct from a warranty fault that develops during ordinary use over time.

Legal Disclosures by Market

Your rights under US and Canadian consumer law

As a retailer shipping to both the United States and Canada, Eww Sports Shoes and its customers are subject to the consumer protection laws applicable in each market. The disclosures below set out how those laws interact with this warranty disclaimer. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under applicable law.

United States

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312)

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act is the primary federal law governing consumer product warranties in the United States. Under this Act, warranty terms on consumer products must be made available to you before purchase, written in clear and understandable language, and designated as either a “full” or “limited” warranty.

The warranties offered by ON Running, HOKA, and Brooks on the footwear we sell are each limited warranties as defined under the Act — they cover specific defects for a defined period and do not meet the requirements of a “full” warranty. This disclosure is provided in accordance with Magnuson-Moss requirements.

Eww Sports Shoes does not issue a written warranty of its own on any product it sells. Our obligations to US customers are those that arise under applicable state and federal law, including obligations not to misrepresent products, and to fulfil orders as described.

FTC Disclosure & Implied Warranty

Under the FTC’s Warranty Rules (16 C.F.R. Part 701–703), sellers must make warranty documents available to buyers prior to sale. Links to the relevant manufacturer warranty pages are provided on this page and on applicable product listings.

This disclaimer does not disclaim or waive implied warranties arising under state law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law. The duration of any implied warranty that cannot be disclaimed is limited to the duration of the applicable written manufacturer warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by the law of your state.

State-Level Consumer Rights

Some US states, including California, provide additional consumer protections that may give you rights beyond those described in any manufacturer warranty. For example, under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1790–1795.8), implied warranties on consumer goods cannot be fully disclaimed when accompanied by an express written warranty, and “as is” sales to consumers are restricted. Where applicable state law gives you broader rights, those rights are not diminished by this policy.

Canada

Consumer Protection Act (Federal & Provincial)

Canada does not have a single federal consumer protection statute equivalent to Magnuson-Moss; instead, consumer warranty rights arise under a combination of federal and provincial legislation. The Competition Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-34) governs misleading advertising and deceptive marketing practices, including false or misleading warranty representations.

Each province maintains its own consumer protection legislation that typically imposes implied conditions of merchantable quality and fitness for purpose on goods sold to consumers. Key provincial statutes include the Ontario Consumer Protection Act 2002, the British Columbia Sale of Goods Act, the Alberta Consumer Protection Act, and their equivalents in other provinces. These implied conditions apply to goods sold by retailers and cannot be excluded by contract where prohibited by law.

Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA)

The Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (S.C. 2010, c. 21) requires that consumer products sold in Canada are safe and do not pose an unreasonable risk of harm. All footwear we sell is manufactured by established international brands that are subject to product safety regulations in their respective countries of manufacture. If you have a product safety concern (as distinct from a warranty claim), please contact us and, if applicable, you may also report concerns to Health Canada through the Consumer Product Safety directorate.

Distance Selling & Online Buyer Rights

Canadian customers purchasing online have rights under provincial distance-selling and e-commerce regulations, including the right to receive accurate information about the seller, the product, total cost, and the retailer’s cancellation and return policies. We ship to Canada in compliance with these obligations. Canadian customers should review our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy for further information relevant to your purchase.

In Quebec specifically, consumer contracts governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1) include provisions around warranties, cancellation rights, and disclosure obligations that may provide additional protections. This disclaimer is not intended to, and does not, limit any right conferred by Quebec law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United States and Canada, Eww Sports Shoes and Wellnessmasco Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a product defect, including but not limited to personal injury caused by product failure, loss of performance, loss of use, or loss of earnings. Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase from our store shall not exceed the price you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

What This Disclaimer Does Not Affect

Nothing in this Warranty Disclaimer limits or excludes: (a) any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection legislation in your state or province; (b) your right to a product that corresponds to the description and is of satisfactory quality as required by applicable sale of goods law; (c) your right to seek a remedy from Eww Sports Shoes if we have sold you a product that is materially not as described; or (d) any cause of action you may have against a manufacturer under their own stated warranty terms. This disclaimer is written to be compliant with, not to circumvent, your legal rights.

Product Authenticity Assurance

We only sell genuine footwear — here is our commitment

Authenticity is foundational to everything we do. Selling counterfeit or grey-market product would not only harm our customers but would also breach our obligations under UK, US, and Canadian law. The following statements are made openly and publicly as part of this disclosure.

Every ON Running, HOKA, and Brooks shoe listed on ewwsportshoes.com is an authentic product sourced through legitimate trade and wholesale channels. Products are sold new and in original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell factory seconds, display models, refurbished units, or items sourced from non-commercial channels.

Because we are an independent retailer and not an authorised brand partner, manufacturer warranties are extended to the original purchaser by the brand regardless of which authorised or independent retailer sold the product. Purchasing from an independent retailer does not automatically invalidate a manufacturer warranty on its own, although some brands may require that a product was purchased through an authorised reseller — please verify the current position with the specific brand before making a warranty claim.

If you receive a product from us and have a genuine concern that it may not be authentic, contact us immediately at info@ewwsportsshoes.com. We take such concerns seriously and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
