Shipping policy
Section 01
Shipping at a Glance
A complete summary of our shipping terms. Every detail here is expanded fully in the sections below.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not counted as business days for processing or delivery estimates.
Section 02
Shipping Zones & Rates
We ship to two destinations โ the United States and Canada. Both zones use a single flat-rate fee regardless of order size or weight. All prices are shown in the destination currency and collected at checkout.
We do not currently ship to any country outside the United States and Canada. We do not fulfil orders to freight forwarding addresses or third-party reshipping services. If your address falls outside these two countries, your order will not be processed and you will be notified by email.
Section 04
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes full end-to-end tracking. You do not need to contact us to find out where your parcel is โ your tracking number gives you live visibility from our warehouse to your door.
Section 05
Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
Because Eww Sports Shoes is based in the United Kingdom and ships internationally, your order must pass through customs in the destination country. Understanding your responsibilities as the importer helps avoid delays and unexpected charges.
United States โ Customs & Tax
The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may apply import duties and taxes depending on the declared customs value. Under the current de minimis threshold, shipments valued under $800 USD are generally admitted duty-free under 19 U.S.C. ยง 1321.
For orders above this threshold, applicable duty rates are determined by the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). Footwear typically attracts rates between 5% and 20% depending on material and construction.
All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For current rates, consult hts.usitc.gov.
Canada โ Customs & Tax
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) administers customs and duties on all goods imported into Canada. The current de minimis threshold is CAD $20. Shipments above this value may attract federal GST (5%) and applicable provincial taxes.
Footwear imported into Canada may be subject to Most Favoured Nation (MFN) duty rates under the Customs Tariff (S.C. 1997, c. 36), commonly ranging from 0% to 20% for sports footwear.
All duties, GST, HST, and PST are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For current rates, consult the Canada Border Services Agency.
Customs delays are outside our control and are not included in the 3โ5 business day delivery estimate. If your parcel is held at customs, the carrier will contact you directly. Refusing to pay applicable duties will result in the parcel being returned to us; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.
We declare accurate product values and descriptions on all customs documentation. We do not mark shipments as "gift" or under-declare values. Doing so is illegal under UK export regulations and the import regulations of both the USA and Canada, and we will not do so under any circumstances.
Section 06

Section 07
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels
We take full responsibility for your order until it is confirmed as delivered. Here is exactly what to do and what we will do for you in each scenario.
Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days and the delivery estimate has passed, your parcel may be lost.
What to do: Email info@ewwsportsshoes.com with your order and tracking numbers. We will raise a formal investigation with the carrier (typically 5โ10 business days).
Our resolution: Once confirmed as lost, we will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund โ your choice.
Arrived Damaged
If your parcel or its contents arrive visibly damaged, do not discard any packaging โ you will need photographs as evidence for the carrier claim.
What to do: Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item before opening fully. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Our resolution: Free return arranged. Replacement item sent or full refund issued, including original shipping costs.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" โ Not Received
Please take these steps first: check around your property including porches, side doors, and outbuildings; ask neighbours; check with your local post office or carrier depot.
If still not found: Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier. Parcels reported missing more than 7 days after the marked delivery date may not be eligible for a full carrier claim.
Section 08
