Eww Sports Shoes sells genuine running and sports footwear from brands including ON Running, HOKA, and Brooks. This notice explains what we own, how we use other companies' brand names so you can find the right shoe, and what that use does — and doesn't — say about our relationship with those brands.
What belongs to Eww Sports Shoes
"Eww Sports Shoes" — its name, our logo, and the overall design of this website, including the layout, original photography we take of our own packaging and unboxing, and the written content across our pages — belongs to Wellnessmasco Ltd, the company that owns and operates this store, or is used by us under licence. These belong to us specifically and are not shared with, or owned by, any footwear brand we sell.
You're welcome to link to our pages, mention us by name in a review, or screenshot a product listing to ask a friend's opinion before buying. What we ask is that our name and logo aren't used in a way that suggests a different business is "Eww Sports Shoes," is partnered with us, or is authorised to sell on our behalf.
Other companies' trademarks, used only to identify their products
We resell genuine footwear manufactured by ON AG (the ON Running brand, including the Cloud range), Deckers Brands, Inc. (HOKA), and Brooks Sports, Inc. The brand names, logos, and individual model names you see on our product and collection pages — Cloud 5, Clifton, Bondi, and others — are trademarks of those respective companies. We use them solely to truthfully describe and identify the genuine goods we have for sale, a long-recognised retail practice sometimes called "nominative fair use." Naming the brand of shoe we're selling is not the same as claiming to be that brand, or claiming that brand has approved, sponsored, or partnered with us.
ON Running & Cloud
ON Running and the Cloud range of shoe models are trademarks of ON AG. We are an independent reseller of genuine ON Running footwear and are not ON AG, an ON Running franchise, or an authorised ON Running storefront.
HOKA
HOKA, and model names such as Clifton and Bondi, are trademarks of Deckers Brands, Inc. We resell genuine HOKA footwear sourced through legitimate trade channels and are not Deckers Brands or an official HOKA retail outlet.
Brooks
Brooks is a trademark of Brooks Sports, Inc. Any Brooks footwear listed on our site is genuine and independently sourced; we are not Brooks Sports, Inc., and Brooks has not reviewed or endorsed our store.
We're a retailer of these shoes, not the companies that make them
We are not the brand
We are a separate, independent business from ON AG, Deckers Brands, and Brooks Sports, Inc. We have no co-branding agreement, no announced reseller partnership, and no authority to speak on behalf of any of these companies. If wording on our site ever reads as though we are the brand itself, that's a mistake on our part rather than an intended claim, and we'd want to know about it so we can fix it.
What this means for your purchase
Buying from Eww Sports Shoes means you're buying through us, not directly from ON, HOKA, or Brooks. Any standard consumer rights or returns you have sit with us, as set out in our store policies. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are generally honoured by the brand itself rather than by us as the seller — if you're ever unsure whether a warranty applies, contact us first and we'll point you in the right direction.
